- Maintain payroll by liaising with the external payroll bureau and liaise with the with the College’s pension provider (SAUL) to ensure appropriate payment of pension entitlements.
- Administer the College’s non-salary employee benefits packages.
- Report to management and provide appropriate HR metrics to support decision making.
- Manage the HR budgets, ensuring the cost effective use of resources.
- Manage the HR Management System (Cascade) and review, develop and implement change as necessary.
- Manage the process of retaining the College’s status as an ‘Investor in People’, or equivalent.
